After years of working inside organizations that lacked direction and leadership, Nicole returned to her educational foundation in Communication and Leadership to passionately pursue helping uncover the potential of people and teams. She advanced her depth of knowledge training with TTI SI in multiple behavioral sciences and Revenue Science. Nicole is a certified behavior consultant and CRO,(Chief Revenue Officer).
Nicole has a depth of experience in Organizational Leadership. From implementing corporate training programs to running high-level fundraising events, she has always been integral to bringing people together for a common cause.
She is an unparalleled communicator who can make even the most extreme introvert feel comfortable. With a naturally curious, empathetic style, Nicole can quickly determine where a person is and identify a solution for them. She is a savage networker, able to quickly identify opportunities and leverage her communication skills to form strategic partnerships.
